Originally an art major, Mallory has now perfected the art of making an impact and creating memorable experiences for Guests. Her positive energy radiates through the dining room, as leading by example is what she believes to be the best way to motivate her crew and forge a lasting connection with Guests. Before starting with the company in 2022, she lived in the Midwest and found a love for the water. Despite being in a landlocked state, she loves to swim and enjoys being a product ambassador of seafood. In addition to helping bring seafood to Denver, Mallory gives back to the community through numerous volunteer events and donations throughout the year.
A South Carolina native, Jessica fell in love with cooking during her junior year of college. After years of watching The Food Network while studying for her bachelor’s degree in education, Biederman decided to try her hand in the kitchen. She’s never looked back. With more than a decade in the industry, Biederman has worked for The Four Seasons Hotel and Resorts, The Ritz-Carlton and Bourbon Steak, a Michael Mina restaurant. When not in the kitchen, Jessica enjoys exploring the local bar and restaurant scene, golfing, playing piano and spending time with her dog, Reuben, named after her favorite sandwich.
Heather knows how to make an event colorful. As a micro-cut flower farmer, textile artist and natural dye maker in her spare time, she combines her hobbies with 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry to make memorable events for Guests. She believes in hard work and continuous development, starting at a hotel front desk and working her way up to plan events. Heather joined Water Grill Denver in early 2024 and prides herself on helping Guests achieve their visions for their corporate meetings and special events. Her compassion isn’t limited to Guests. It extends to the animals at Luvin Arms Animal Sanctuary, where she volunteers her time.
