Wild Salmon Season is happening now and the king of them all – Wild Columbia River King Salmon – has returned to Water Grill. Admired for its marbling, this salmon builds fat reserves as it travels up one of the longest rivers in North America.
The season's first catch of Wild Maryland Softshell Crab has arrived from the Chesapeake Bay in Maryland! They're making their West Coast debut at Water Grill.
Spring has arrived and so has Wild Alaskan Halibut from the Gulf of Alaska. We leverage over 75 years of experience to hand pick, cut and exclusively provide multiple preparations of halibut throughout the season, utilizing every part of the fish.
Known as “the ghost of the coast”, this is a local treasure, found from Central California through Baja California. For a limited time, you can find white seabass at Water Grill.
Spot prawns are a rarity and a delicacy. They're a true California treasure and best enjoyed straight from the water. And that's exactly what we do. At Water Grill, we fill our saltwater tanks with live spot prawns and prepare them to order.
