Luxury meets contemporary. The exclusive room is our private dining pièce de resistance at Water Grill. This intimate space is perfect for small corporate and social dining events. One of its most unique features includes a wine bottle cabinet, filled with 400+ wines from around the world. With views of our 360° oyster bar and live saltwater tanks, this unique room puts you in the center of the action.

The King BOARD ROOM

A big statement in a cozy setting. This room is the perfect space for a corporate lunch or training seminar. The space’s décor is intimate and luxurious. Custom made, leather chairs line the Brazilian hardwood table, while images of sea life adorn the walls. This classic room is ideal for a private event — day or night. Room includes full A/V capabilities.

The LIDo

Cozy, private and intimate, this room is the perfect space for a small celebratory event, birthday dinner or corporate lunch/dinner meeting. This moderately-sized room has full A/V capabilities and a TV, which offers multiple streaming options. This space offers a variety of seating options, including a long table, classroom-style seating or multiple small tables, that can be spaciously separated for comfortable dining.

The balboa

This is one of our most unique rooms. With two exits/entrances, the space is airy and ideal for a special celebration or a private dining event. Floor to ceiling windows showcase a great view of the private patio area. This room features full A/V capabilities and multiple TVs, which allow for multiple streaming options. The Balboa includes a moveable wall, which can increase the space’s seating capacity.

The laguna

This is one of our signature private dining rooms. Floor to ceiling windows face the Water Grill entrance and fire feature, allowing for an outdoor, scenic view. The room’s focal point is a sleek, classic bar — perfect as a cocktail-making station. The classic and chic room is ideal for a small gathering or birthday celebration. This spacious space features full A/V capabilities and a TV, which offers multiple streaming options. The Laguna also includes a moveable wall, which can increase the space’s seating capacity.

The is our largest private dining room. The spacious yet intimate room allows for a variety of seating options, including a King Table, or round, traditional, or classroom-style set-ups. The room also features full A/V capabilities and a TV, which offers multiple streaming options. Floor to ceiling windows offer a peek into the private patio (w/a private entrance) and fire feature. This contemporary room also includes a moveable wall, which can increase the room’s capacity.

Floor to ceiling windows bring natural light into the space and allow for a view of the private patio and fire feature. This room includes full synchronized A/V capabilities, allowing TV viewing from multiple angles. This room has the option to expand to include our private patio.
