To honor Lunar New Years, we will offer traditional dishes, such as Wok Fried Spiny Lobster, Whole Crispy Black Sea Bass and Garlic Noodles. Recognized as one of the most sustainably managed fisheries in the world, we’ve secured over 12,000 pounds of Jumbo and Colossal Red King Crab clusters, now arriving at our Santa Ana seafood plant.
